The Viljoensdrift River Cruise is a 50-minute long meander along the river, flanked by indigenous Breede River Yellowwood and Wild Olive trees teeming with a variety of bird species, sets the scene for a leisurely riverside experience.
 
Fill your picnic basket to the brim with sumptuous fare from our deli, add a bottle or two of Viljoensdrift’s fine wines and enjoy your picnic during your trip down the river on on the grassy riverbanks.
 
Partner freshly-baked ciabatta with pâté, cheese or any other perfect partner such as olives with a hint of garlic, bay and oregano, Shiraz conserve, basil pesto or smoked olive tapenade. Add ostrich carpaccio, apple wood smoked chicken or smoked salmon trout and a bottle (or two) of Viljoensdrift’s fine wines for a supreme culinary treat.
